Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Crown Web USA's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Services Description

Crown Web USA provides web development, design, and digital marketing services including:

• Custom web development and applications
• UI/UX design and branding
• SEO and digital marketing services
• Website maintenance and support

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• 50% deposit required to begin work
• Final payment due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Refunds are subject to project agreement terms

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom work created specifically for their project. Crown Web USA retains rights to:

• General methodologies and techniques
• Pre-existing intellectual property
• Portfolio usage rights for completed work

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project requirements and content
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Maintaining backups of their data
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Limitation of Liability

Crown Web USA's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Termination terms are specified in individual project agreements.
